Voice Platform Architect

From Iwantic, we are looking for a Voice Platform Architect to join directly with a leading company in the financial sector. The selected person will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced voice and IVR solutions, optimizing call experience, attention flow, and self-service adoption. RESPONSABILITIES Design and maintain telephone architecture, including call flows for multiple departments and services. Implement voice solutions integrated with CRM systems, contact centers, and other business applications. Develop and implement speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) technologies to improve customer interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative voice-based solutions that meet business needs. Analyze and optimize IVR flows to reduce abandonment rates and improve customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of voice platforms. Develop and maintain technical documentation for voice platform architecture and implementation. Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on voice platform design and implementation. Participate in the development of new business opportunities and partnerships related to voice platforms.
