About the Company We are at Teleperformance hiring for Voice Coach - International process. About the Role The Voice Coach will be responsible for enhancing the performance of our agents through effective coaching and training. Responsibilities Conduct regular coaching sessions with agents. Monitor and evaluate agent performance. Provide feedback and develop action plans for improvement. Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs. Develop training materials and resources. Qualifications We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Voice Coach who has a strong background in customer service, sales, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with coaching and training.
