Job description
Key Responsibilities Conduct Vocational Training (VT) programs for mine employees and operators. Deliver safety induction and refresher training as per DGMS guidelines. Prepare training schedules, presentations, and practical sessions. Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and statutory documentation. Ensure workforce awareness regarding mine safety, SOPs, emergency response, and safe operating practices. Coordinate with safety, operations, and HR departments for training requirements and scheduling. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop customized training programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
