Main Missions
- Day-to-day accounting: record and verify accounting flows (purchases, bank transactions, expense reports) and ensure their correct analytical allocation.
- Accounting closings: participate in account review, justify balances, and record regularization entries (accruals, deferred charges, provisions).
- Third-party management: monitor and reconcile supplier and customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and contribute to cash flow security.
- Year-end closing tasks: prepare annual audit files.
- Process optimization: propose improvements to simplify and enhance the reliability of internal accounting tools and procedures.
Profile Sought
- Education: DCG or equivalent degree in accounting/finance.
- Skills and qualities: autonomy, rigor, organization, adherence to deadlines, initiative, and ability to propose areas for improvement.
What will the process be like?
1. Initial contact with Shelly will be made once your application is approved.
2. Then, you will have a one-hour HR interview to discuss your
experiences, your motivation, and us, with your future manager Sophie.
3. A final interview with Pascal, our CFO.
And finally, you can settle in at 100 Réaumur, in the heart of Paris,
ready for a new and exciting adventure. ��
