The AI Lab is our dedicated research and development (R&D) laboratory for innovation in artificial intelligence, data science, and emerging technologies.
Our work focuses on agentic AI systems: multi-agent orchestration, reliability and observability of long-term plans, evaluation and auditability, model specialization, serving concrete client use cases. Our results lead to scientific publications.

Mission Themes:
Literature review on cutting-edge AI topics (agentic systems, reasoning and inference computation, post-training, reinforcement learning)
Design and implementation of multi-agent systems: orchestration, tooling, interoperability protocols, memory and context management
Evaluation and reliability: building benchmarks and evaluation harnesses, LLM as a judge, robustness testing, trace instrumentation, and fault localization
Model specialization: fine-tuning, distillation to SLMs, measuring cost, latency, and quality trade-offs
Development of demonstration tools or proof-of-concepts
Technological watch and contribution to internal or external publications
 
🧑‍💻You:
Do you master Python and PyTorch, as well as the Hugging Face ecosystem?
Do you have practical experience with LLMs beyond API calls (orchestration, evaluation, or fine-tuning)?
Can you read a recent paper and re-implement its core idea?
Are you in your final year of a Master's degree in AI?

An initial contact of about twenty minutes with Shelly will be established once your application has been approved.
Next, you will have a one-hour HR and technical interview with Thomas, to discuss your experiences and motivations, a project you have led, and a recent research topic of your choice.
 
And finally, you can settle in at 100 Réaumur, in the heart of Paris, ready for a new and exciting adventure. 🚀
