You will be involved from the scoping phase through to production, and you will ensure the technical management of the teams, while being a key client contact for architecture and innovation topics. Main Responsibilities Main Missions

• Define the technical architecture and design robust, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in scoping workshops and challenge technical and functional requirements.
• Write specifications and technical design documents.
• Technically lead development teams, allocate tasks, support developers in their choices, and ensure the successful implementation of functionalities.
• Ensure the monitoring of development quality, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with Salesforce standards.
• Support the skill development of teams and foster the sharing of best practices.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Design and optimize integrations between Salesforce and the client's IS.
• Identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, limits, and standards.
• Participate in performance, security, and platform optimization topics.
• Design and implement Agentforce solutions integrating agents, actions, automations, and Salesforce data.
• Support clients in integrating AI into their business processes, considering security, governance, and data quality challenges.
• Stay updated on Salesforce evolutions, particularly around Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI.
• Be proactive with clients and defend architectural choices.
• Participate in pre-sales phases and contribute to the development of Salesforce and AI expertise.

Profile With a Bac+5 education, you have at least 5 years of experience on Salesforce, with significant experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Technical Architect. You master Apex, LWC, Standard, Salesforce APIs and integration mechanisms, as well as best practices in architecture, security, performance, and deployment. Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein/Salesforce AI, or AI architectures is a real plus. You have excellent interpersonal skills, strong technical leadership, and you know how to support a team, make architectural decisions, and challenge client stakeholders. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
