You are aware of the platform's limitations and ideally have at least one of the marketing certifications: Marketing Cloud Admin / Marketing Cloud Consultant / Marketing Cloud Dev. You are proficient in processes related to marketing and customer journeys across various business sectors. Technical aptitude in SQL/AMPscript and HTML notions is a plus. Your customer service orientation, initiative, strong teamwork ability, and a global vision of project management will be assets for success in this role. You can communicate, listen, and challenge business and IT teams. You are proficient in English and French, both written and spoken.
