Objective of the position: 
 

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to support our Key Account clients in the design and evolution of their Salesforce platforms.

You will be involved in Salesforce transformation projects in demanding environments, particularly in the Luxury & Retail, Hospitality, and Finance sectors, addressing issues of transformation, integration, and SI modernization.

Within the ESN (IT Services Company), you will play a key role in defining Salesforce Core architectures, from scoping and design phases to implementation, in collaboration with architects, Tech Leads, development teams, and client stakeholders.

You will also contribute to the evolution of architectures towards new uses related to Generative AI, intelligent automation, and Salesforce agents.

 

Missions:

 

  • Define Salesforce Core technical architectures adapted to the challenges of Key Account clients.
  • Design robust, scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce standards.
  • Participate in scoping and design phases and challenge technical choices.
  • Support Tech Leads and development teams in implementation.
  • Define Salesforce / SI integration architectures: APIs, middleware, and external systems.
  • Guarantee the aspects of performance, security, governance, and quality.
  • Contribute to the integration of new uses related to Generative AI and Salesforce agents.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and participate in resolving complex technical issues.
Profile: 

You have significant experience with complex Salesforce architectures.

You master Salesforce Core architecture, data, security, integration, performance, and governance issues, as well as the platform's main development mechanisms.

You are capable of communicating with both technical teams and client stakeholders, challenging needs, and transforming business challenges into sustainable technical solutions.

Previous experience with Agentforce, Claude Force, LLM, or architectures integrating AI services is highly appreciated.

Fluent English.
