To support one of our major clients in the banking and financial sector, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

You will be involved in the evolution of a strategic Salesforce platform, used to support client companies and their financing needs.

🎯 Your missions

As a true interface between business teams and technical teams, you will be responsible for:

• Gathering, analyzing, and challenging business needs

• Translating needs into clear and detailed functional specifications

• Writing and maintaining User Stories and acceptance criteria

• Preparing and facilitating functional workshops with various stakeholders

• Supporting business teams in defining and evolving their processes

• Liaising between business, product, and technical teams

• Contributing to functional choices and the evolution of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform

• Participating in the monitoring of developments and ensuring their alignment with expressed needs

• Supporting acceptance and functional validation phases

🔎 Profile sought

You have at least 8 years of experience in Business Analyst / Functional Consultant roles, with genuine seniority in supporting business teams.

Solid experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is essential for this opportunity.

You are comfortable with:

→ Gathering and analyzing business needs
→ Writing functional specifications and User Stories
→ Facilitating workshops
→ Salesforce / Financial Services Cloud environments
→ Agile methodologies

Experience in the banking, financial, or financial services sector is highly appreciated.
