Within the IT AI Transversal team dedicated to Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), you will join a strategic hub at the heart of AI transformation. The team's mission is to equip employees with the best AI tools, manage their adoption, and represent CIB within the Group's AI governance bodies.

As Program Lead AI for Tech, you will play a pivotal role as a key point of contact with the Group's various entities on all AI for Tech topics.

 

On a daily basis, you will lead and manage the mission around two major axes:

1. PMO & Strategic Governance :

• Represent and Prepare: Prepare in advance for each AI for Tech meeting (Steering Committee, RUN, BUILD, Brainstorming, PI Planning), produce CIB position papers, identify decisions to be made, and report alerts.

• Coordinate: Lead internal coordination before and after meetings, gather input from teams (IT, Business, Security, Compliance), and disseminate decisions.

2. Tech, Deployment & Innovation :

• Lead and Monitor: Ensure operational monitoring of AI for Tech projects impacting CIB (tool deployment, economic model, on-premise LLM, agent strategy, Skills security).

• Participate in the Roadmap: Contribute directly to the Group's semi-annual PI Plannings, the construction of the CIB agent strategy, and the sovereign deployment of on-premise LLMs.

• Disseminate Tech & AI Culture: Drive new practices (vibe coding, creation of AI factories for producing materials/slides, continuous monitoring).

• CIB position papers and arbitration support for governance bodies.

• Multi-entity coordination summaries and decision records.

• Roadmaps and scoping documents for tech projects (on-premise LLM, agent strategy).

• Monitoring matrix for the economic model and AI consumption.

• High-value presentation materials and deliverables (slide factories / AI-generated).

• Impact assessments and compliance/security sheets related to AI usage.

Engineering degree or strong higher education degree in IT/tech (a top engineering school like INSA or a Doctorate/PhD is a real plus)

9 to 12 years of experience in consulting, IT project management, or managing complex multi-entity tech programs

Experience in banking/CIB is appreciated, but profiles from other industries with an enriching perspective are welcome

Proficiency in AI/Tech governance and monitoring of the economic model / AI consumption

Understanding of the challenges of deploying on-premise LLMs, agent strategy, and AI security in a constrained environment

Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, and diplomacy when dealing with senior management

Ability to produce impactful scoping deliverables and a strong appetite for new methods (vibe coding)

Fluent English required (C1 level)
