CONTEXT

Within the Pre-Trade, Sales & Execution division of the Capital Markets IT department at a major investment bank (CIB), you will join the team responsible for developing the core components of the electronic trading platform.

You will work in a demanding high-performance Front-Office environment, interacting with critical systems that require massive real-time event processing and the integration of market software packages.

MISSION DESCRIPTION

As part of a cutting-edge technical team, your main responsibilities will revolve around the following areas:

  • C# Design & Development:

    • Develop components for publishing, registering, and re-editing internal and external data.

    • Implement strategies and simulation scenarios for data re-editors.

    • Design and optimize external gateways (Horizon connectors, ION MarketWired / OMS).

  • Algorithms & Functional Aspects:

    • Interact directly with users (Traders, Quants, Sales) to gather and translate their business needs.

    • Actively participate in the implementation and optimization of trading algorithms.

  • Performance & Stability:

    • Ensure the efficiency, low latency, and robustness of components when handling very high volumes.


Profile Sought πŸ”Ž

  • Engineering school diploma with a specialization in finance, with 0 to 3 years of professional experience (internships/apprenticeships included)

  • Mandatory experience in CIB within a Front-Office environment

  • Solid mastery of the C# / .NET language (memory management, multithreading, asynchronous programming) β€” a technical test is required

  • Knowledge or practice of high-volume event-driven components (real-time update engines)

  • Functional skills in electronic trading mechanisms (order book, state machines, quoters, hedgers)

  • Fluent English or B2 minimum (international environment communication)
