[VO2 Finance] - Senior Business Analyst / AI Developer

CONTEXT

As part of strengthening its teams, our CIB banking client is looking for a Citizen Developer / AI & Data Use Cases profile to accelerate the development and deployment of solutions combining business expertise, technical development, and Artificial Intelligence.

These reinforcements will be more involved in technical and business subjects, particularly by ensuring the management of use cases, their technical implementation, and their production deployment.

MISSION DESCRIPTION

1. Use Case Management

   • Take charge of managing use cases, from understanding business needs to implementation.

   • Frame requirements with business teams and define associated business rules.

   • Transform functional needs into concrete and operational solutions.

   • Ensure the follow-up of various contributors and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

2. AI & Data Solution Development

   • Design and develop solutions around AI and Data.

   • Develop in Python and use Low-Code approaches, particularly with Dataiku.

   • Design and implement workflows with our client's internal tool.

   • Manipulate and exploit data using SQL.

   • Develop REST APIs to expose and publish developed solutions.

   • Implement business and technical rules in various tools and environments.

3. Interface between Business and IT

   • Understand the principles of IT architecture to effectively communicate with technical experts.

   • Act as an interface between business, Data/AI, and IT teams.

   • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

   • Challenge proposed solutions and contribute to implementation choices.

4. Facilitation & Communication

   • Participate in facilitating around AI and Data use cases.

   • Communicate on developed solutions, their uses, and their benefits.

   • Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and the adoption of solutions by users.

   • Prepare and present demonstrations, materials, or communications related to AI/Data initiatives.

Essential Skills

• Languages & Databases: Python, SQL

• Architecture & APIs: Design and development of REST APIs, understanding of application and IS architecture principles

• Data & Low-Code: Proficiency in Low-Code / Data tools (Dataiku)

• Business & AI: Definition and implementation of business rules, knowledge of concepts related to AI / Machine Learning / GenAI

• Languages: Fluent English required, both written and spoken (ability to work in an international environment).
   

  Senior Profile (9 years of experience or more):

  • Good experience in project / use case management.

  • Solid technical background with significant prior experience in AI / Data subjects.

  • Ability to work on business, functional, and technical aspects simultaneously.
