Vivid Resourcing - Functional Analyst

We are looking for a technically strong Functional Analyst to translate complex business requirements into precise functional and system specifications. The role focuses on detailed process modeling, functional decomposition, and data analysis to ensure robust, scalable, and well-structured solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, data teams, and QA to ensure that functional requirements are correctly implemented at both application and data levels. The Functional Analyst will be responsible for the following key tasks: • Developing detailed process models of business processes and identifying areas for improvement. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. • Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform solution design. • Creating functional and system specifications that accurately capture business requirements. • Working closely with software engineers to ensure that functional requirements are correctly implemented at both application and data levels. • Collaborating with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet the required standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and system design. They should be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
