Job Title: Visual Merchandising Designer Location: Pune, India Reports to: Head – Visual Merchandising / Marketing Head Job Summary: The Visual Merchandising Designer at Palmonas will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative VM solutions that elevate the brand’s in-store and experiential presence. This role blends creativity with functionality, ensuring store layouts, displays, and installations reflect Palmonas’ positioning as India’s first demi-fine jewelry brand. Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and design visually appealing VM solutions for in-store displays, events, and activations that align with the brand’s overall strategy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop VM strategies that drive sales, increase customer engagement, and enhance brand reputation. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Palmonas’ brand identity, values, and positioning to ensure VM solutions are consistent with the brand’s overall vision. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to continuously improve VM strategies and executions. • Work closely with the Marketing team to integrate VM solutions into broader marketing campaigns and promotions. • Ensure all VM designs meet brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Visual Merchandising and Marketing Head, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication. Job Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising design or a related field. • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative VM solutions that drive sales and customer engagement. • Excellent understanding of brand identity, values, and positioning. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Familiarity with VM design software (e.g., SketchUp, Autodesk) is an added advantage.
