Visual Merchandiser Trainee (m/w/d) - Room Klagenfurt (20-30 Weekly Hours)

Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO As Visual Merchandiser Trainee, you will learn how to implement visual and commercial concepts in the store and present our fashion inspiring. You support the team in analyzing sales figures and develop creative solutions together with H&M Guidelines to improve the shopping experience. You: support the implementation of visual and commercial presentations, as well as window displays and styling according to our Store Guidelines, ensuring that our customers are inspired by our products and services. Your tasks will include: - Assisting in the creation of visually appealing store windows and interior designs - Developing and implementing creative concepts for visual merchandising - Collaborating with colleagues to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales - Supporting the implementation of commercial presentations, including point-of-sale displays and promotional materials - Participating in training sessions to learn about H&M's visual merchandising guidelines and best practices - Working closely with the store team to ensure that all visual merchandising elements are aligned with our brand identity and values. Your qualifications: - You have a strong interest in fashion, design, and visual merchandising - You have excellent communication and teamwork skills - You are creative and able to think outside the box - You are flexible and willing to learn and adapt to new situations - You have a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills - You are fluent in German (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken).
