Job Description

WHAT YOU DO
As a Visual Merchandiser, you implement visual and commercial concepts in the store, present our fashion in an inspiring way, and analyze sales figures to improve the shopping experience. You will develop creative solutions according to H&M Guidelines and support sales growth.

You:

• implement the visual and commercial presentations as well as window displays and styling according to the Store Guidelines, for an inspiring customer experience.
• ensure good merchandise care and appropriate stock levels in the store.
• analyze reports (KPIs) together with the Store Management, prioritize visual opportunities, and implement measures to increase sales and store goals.
• stay up-to-date with the fashion scene, trends, styles, and products.
• have the ability to express yourself clearly and service-oriented in German (min. B2).
• have experience in Fashion Retail and know the requirements of a dynamic retail environment.

• The monthly gross salary for this position with a 100% workload is at least CHF 4,715.– (13 monthly salaries). The actual remuneration depends on professional experience and qualifications.
