Visual Merchandiser Specialist in Store - Forlì (FC)

You are ready to enter the Cisalfa Sport team along with our 3,300 colleagues who are already part of it? Your activities: In collaboration with the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager: - Ensure the image of the store in question, managing the implementation of visual standards, monthly contests, seasonal promotions, article focuses, and planograms, following the guidelines defined by headquarters and functional areas (e.g. Marketing); - Share and update the Store Manager on visual actions to be taken, based on sales monitoring and KPIs, proposing ad-hoc strategies as needed; - Manage product rotation and category changes in accordance with store management and Visual Merchandiser Manager; - Share updates with Sales Assistant team members received for applying them in daily activities, ensuring standards and required image from HQ; - Welcome and accompany customers during the purchasing experience in-store, supporting Sales Assistant activity.
