YOUR NEW POSITION
We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser for our MANGO WOMAN store located in Ibiza.
We offer a permanent contract of 40 hours per week, with rotating schedules and two days off.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the store image by ensuring that merchandising, product organization, and visual elements meet company standards and are adapted to the customer profile.

Optimize sales and profitability by analyzing collections, managing stock, prioritizing product actions, and adjusting displays to maximize commercial results.

Manage and develop the team through training, guidance, feedback, and talent detection to support their professional growth.

Coordinate replenishment and stock by supervising that all sizes are available and the store remains organized throughout the day.

Maintain effective communication with the team, Store Managers, VM Managers, and product departments to align merchandising actions and share market trends.


ABOUT YOU
Previous experience as a VM in the retail sector.

Commercial vision and a good eye for fashion and image.

Organization and planning: control of product, space, and priorities.

Analytical ability and results-oriented approach.

Agility in execution.

Communication skills.
