Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser for our H&M team!

As a Visual Merchandiser, your mission is to create an inspiring and coherent customer experience by implementing visual and commercial standards. You are responsible for the visual presentation, styling, and commercial execution in the store, aligned with H&M guidelines.

How do you do it?

Sales and Customer Experience

• Ensure visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Positively represent the H&M brand.
• Execute global activations and sales activities.
• Monitor KPIs and propose actions to improve sales and customer experience.

Fashion and Trends

• Stay updated with trends, brands, and competitors.
• Apply trend theory and styling techniques to anticipate customer needs.

Team Development

• Train and develop the team's visual and commercial skills.
• Support the onboarding of new colleagues.
• Share knowledge about fashion, pricing, and visual communication.

Visual and Commercial Execution

• Implement window displays and styling setups.
• Ensure customer flow and correct price signage.
• Maintain visual and display materials in good condition.
• Collaborate with the installation team for adequate lighting.

Requirements

• Studies in fashion design, interior design, or related fields.
• Previous experience as a visual merchandiser in retail stores.
• Knowledge of trends.
• Availability to work in rotating mall hours.
• Assertive communication, creativity, and teamwork.
