You are ready to join the Cisalfa Sport team along with our 3,300 colleagues who are already part of it? Your activities: In collaboration with the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager: - You will participate in managing and supervising the internal and external layout of the store, optimizing spaces and product rotation following seasonal trends and marketing guidelines; - You will support in managing graphic materials within the point of sale received from central functions (e.g. Marketing; Visual Merchandiser); - You will collect and share sales data to support the implementation of ad-hoc strategies aimed at increasing the profitability of the store; - You will provide support for setting up any eventual renovations or events based on the commercial calendar; - You will welcome and accompany customers during their shopping experience in-store, supporting Sales Assistant activity.
