Role Overview: We are seeking a Visual Designer to support the team across sales, marketing, and brand communication initiatives. This role goes beyond execution of visuals and requires the ability to think through content, considering the needs of our target audience, stakeholders, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be able to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate complex information, while also being mindful of the tone and voice required for each specific initiative. Key Responsibilities: • Develop visual design concepts and materials (e.g., presentations, reports, infographics) that align with our brand guidelines and messaging. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure designs meet their needs and goals. • Design and create visual assets for various formats (e.g., digital, print, video), considering the medium and audience. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our visual identity and communication materials. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to drive innovative solutions. • Work closely with the content team to develop compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with our target audience. • Ensure all designs are accessible, user-friendly, and meet accessibility standards. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance. • Provide design recommendations and guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency across initiatives. • Develop and maintain a visual design style guide for the company, ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. • Collaborate with the product team to develop visual designs for new features and products. • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects.
