Your Mission

As Visiting Founders Associate (m/w/d) in the Network Connection area, you will work directly with our Chief of Staff to implement operational and strategic topics for the COO.
You will build processes, solve complex challenges in network connection – and take on early responsibility areas.

Your Tasks

• As part of your first tasks, you will analyze, optimize, and document our core processes.
• You will develop as Visiting Founders Associate (m/w/d) new workflows and scalable structures and bring them together with the team to implement them.
• You will drive the automation of operational processes through the introduction of digital tools.
• In our network connection projects, you will take on preparatory tasks – from route planning to government communication.
• In project development, you will work with us, prepare data, and support where it really matters operationally.
• As a sparring partner for our Chief of Staff, you will set up your own
