Visiting Founders' Associate (f/m/d)

Mission

Integral was founded in October 2024 and is already one of the fastest-growing startups in Germany. We are developing the leading AI-native platform for accounting, payroll, and taxes for European SMEs.

The Founders' Office is the unit for topics that the founders themselves set and for which there is no team yet. As a Founders' Associate Intern, you will get your own project that is currently being worked on. You will work with the Head of Founders' Office and directly with the founders. Full-time, Berlin, 3 to 6 months.

Your Tasks

• You will take ownership of a workstream from A to Z: sharpen the question, gather data, provide recommendations, implement them.

• Market and competitor analyses, on the basis of which decisions will be made.

• For new markets and segments, you will calculate market size, entry costs, and business cases.

• You will build the models and analyses with which the founders work.

• You will prepare partner, investor, and leadership discussions.

• You will automate what we have done manually three times.

What we are NOT looking for

• People who wait for a briefing before they start.

• Spectators. You will present your results yourself, even in front of the founders.

• Candidates who are looking for an assistant role. Calendars, minutes, and support are not part of this position.

Your Profile

You don't have to bring everything from this list. The first three points are the hard requirements.

• Current or recently completed studies with an economic focus or a comparable qualification.

• Initial practical experience from internships in consulting, banking, venture capital, or startups, or from your own entrepreneurial activity.

• Fluent German (C1) and English, both written and spoken.

• You work cleanly with numbers and build models that someone else can audit.

• You are proficient in working with AI tools.

• You will work entirely on-site at our Berlin office.

Framework

• Also possible as a mandatory internship as part of your study or examination regulations.

4. On-Site: Interview with the Head of Founders' Office.
