Vision System Software Developer - Pharmaceutical Company

LHH For a renowned company, part of an international group specializing in the production of machines for the pharmaceutical sector, we are seeking a resource to be inserted within the R&D Vision Artificial department. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Design and optimization of artificial vision algorithms and pattern recognition in real-time in C++, for defect detection on pharmaceutical products. - Parameterization and prototyping of vision programs in C++/C#. - Development and maintenance of HMI interfaces in VB.NET and SQL for monitoring and reporting. - Collaboration with hardware teams and PLC to improve system performance and inspection precision. - Definition of quality standards in software development and production. - Collaboration with clients, suppliers, and industrial partners for the development of optimal solutions. Nice to Have / Additional Activities - Design of optical setups and management of electronic components for vision systems. - Support throughout the entire production cycle of machines: pre-sales, installation, testing, FAT, and SAT. Profile - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics. - Experience with programming languages C++, VB.NET, SQL. - Knowledge of Git, Computer Vision, Image Processing. - Ability to work in a team, problem-solving, and analytical approach. - Experience with artificial vision libraries (MIL, Halcon, OpenCV). - Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and image analysis. - Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Profinet, OPC-UA, Modbus, TCP/IP). - Knowledge of the English language and/or Spanish. - Availability for short-term national and international travel.
