Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Study Visa/Work Permit/Tourist Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients for all countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counselling to clients related to immigration services.
Assist clients with initial inquiries and guide them through basic immigration processes and handling legal advisory for cases.
Prepare, proofread, and organize visa and immigration documentation.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, phone, or in-person.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
Requirements
Fresher or experienced candidate with counselling skills are welcome.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Interest in immigration services and a willingness to learn.
