The focus lies on small and medium-sized enterprises as well as private households. Efficient processes and structured workflows are crucial for J.Prade & Partner and that's where you come in – 100% remote.

The prerequisite for starting this task is that you have a residence or second home in Germany and a stable internet connection with at least 30 Mbit/s.

Tasks

You will actively support the team in administrative and organizational tasks around personal acquisition:

• Support in filling open positions
• Creation and publication of job postings
• Preliminary screening of applicants (Pre-Screening)
• Management of incoming applications
• Preliminary preparation and support for interviews
• Active approach to potential candidates through social media
• Participation in personnel marketing
• Telephonic care and reception of clients (remote)

Qualification

You bring:

• Interest in the field of Recruiting / Personal Acquisition
• Lovely also lateral entrants
• Meticulous, structured work style
• Communication joy and people skills
• Stable internet connection (at least 30 Mbit/s)
• Residence or second home in Germany (if necessary)

• 100% Remote – flexible work from anywhere
• Flexible working hours: 8-15 hours per week, monthly income between €530 and €2,150 – depending on qualifications
• Part-time, full-time, and self-employment (e.g. Virtual Assistant, Freelancer) possible and the income will be adjusted accordingly
