Virtual Assistant with Online-Marketing Knowledge | Focus: Personal/Karriereentwicklung (M/W/D)

At this challenge, everything revolves around business coaching/personal/karriereentwicklung topics and you support all tasks related to online marketing/content marketing. The scope of the task will be approximately 5 hours per month.

We are a German company (FLOWYZE | IVA GmbH | flowyze[dot]com/de) and have been on the market since 2013 with our personal (virtual) assistants. True to the motto "Get.Things.Done." we know how to work successfully with clients and in teams over the internet.

To strengthen our virtual freelance team, we are looking for very internet-affine personal (virtual) assistants who speak good German (native speakers or B2 and higher according to DaF standard) and can work from home from outside of South- and West Europe.

Ca. 5 hours per month you will support the following tasks:

• einfache Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von 1 x pro Monat erscheinende Blogartikel
• einfache Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von 1 x pro Monat erscheinende Newsletter
• einfache Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von LinkedIn Beiträgen (Posts und Newsletter)
• Erstellen von Präsentationen für Workshops und Seminaren, anhand vergebener Schulungsinhalte, teilweise auch schon vorhandener Grafiken
• Je nach Kompetenz und Geschäftsverlauf weitere Aufgaben

Qualifikation

• Deutsch (Muttersprachler bzw. ab B2 nach DaF-Standard)
• Tools: Canva, Wix Editor, Mailchimp
