We are hiring for L1, L2 and L3 engineers Location - Navi Mumbai Experience for L1 - 2-3years Experience for L2 - 4-6years Experience for L3 - 8-12years Skillset - VROPS, VRNI, Log Insight, Prism Central L1 (Basic Support & Monitoring): Perform 24/7 "eyes-on-glass" monitoring of system alerts, execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for initial triage, and handle basic user administration and ticket routing to ensure immediate response to service disruptions. L2 (Advanced Administration & Troubleshooting): Provide advanced technical support for complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop solutions to resolve problems.
