We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Virtual Travel Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for clients planning vacations, honeymoons, group trips, cruises, and more. If you enjoy connecting with people, offering expert travel advice, and creating personalized itineraries — all while working from anywhere — this could be the perfect fit for you! Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Communicate with clients virtually (via phone, email, or video conferencing) to understand their travel preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless travel experience. Travel Planning: Research and plan customized itineraries for clients, taking into account their interests, budget, and travel style. Travel Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients. Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication, both written and verbal. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the travel planning process, providing creative solutions to ensure a successful trip. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our travel experts to ensure seamless coordination and execution of travel plans.
