Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Communicate with clients virtually (via phone, email, or video conferencing) to understand their travel preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless travel experience. Travel Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients. Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication, both written and verbal. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the travel planning process, providing creative solutions to ensure a successful trip.
