As a Virtual Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to our clients.
