Virtual Paralegal & Case Manager (Personal Injury – U.S. Law Firm | Full-Time | Remote – LATAM)

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Paralegal & Case Manager with experience supporting U.S. law firms, particularly in Personal Injury matters. This role requires strong case management skills, legal research experience, and the ability to coordinate client communications, insurance processes, and litigation support tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The virtual paralegal will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases, including but not limited to: reviewing and summarizing medical records; conducting research on relevant laws and regulations; preparing and organizing case files; coordinating with clients and insurance companies; and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience working with electronic discovery platforms, document management systems, and other legal technology tools. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is able to prioritize tasks effectively.
