I STA Personnel Solutions South Africa - We are a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider based in South Africa, working with a US-based client in the healthcare revenue cycle management space. We are currently looking for a Virtual Healthcare Case Coordinator with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) to join our team. Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing medical billing, initial authorizations, and case management activities related to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This will include but not be limited to: * Managing medical billing and initial authorizations for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) * Coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims * Conducting case management activities to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services * Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Nursing, etc.) * 2+ years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) * Strong understanding of medical billing and coding principles * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Ability to work in a virtual environment and be self-motivated.
