We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Cruise & Tour Agent to join our expanding travel team. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with clients to design personalized cruise and tour experiences from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Itinerary Design: Develop customized cruise and tour plans tailored to each client's preferences, interests, and budget. This includes researching and recommending suitable cruise lines, ships, and itineraries, as well as suggesting excursions, activities, and dining options. Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless booking process. Travel Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert recommendations and insights to clients. Time Management: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality itineraries. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the planning process, such as changes in client preferences or unexpected travel disruptions.
