Virtual Assistant - Social Media Manager / Community Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client's social media presence, as well as building and nurturing online communities. Here are some of your responsibilities: Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive website traffic. Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement. Manage and moderate online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with our client's team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with their business goals. Monitor and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic. Provide exceptional customer service to our client's customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our client's social media presence remains current and effective. Here are the requirements for this role: 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
