Job description
Marina Bay Sands seeks a Service Leader to elevate guest experiences for VIP and premium guests across luxury venues in Singapore. You will partner with Casino Hosts, Butler Team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless guest journeys and proactive service recovery.
You will coach Captains, Hosts and Service Attendants, drive Forbes standards and uphold ISO22000 hygiene and safety requirements in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment.
