We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vinyl Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing vinyl flooring in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, cutting, laying, and securing vinyl flooring with precision, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities: Measure and assess floor areas to determine the amount of vinyl flooring required, ensuring accurate calculations and minimizing waste. Install vinyl flooring in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and industry standards, ensuring a high-quality finish. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting customer expectations and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in vinyl flooring installation, preferably in a residential or commercial setting. Strong understanding of vinyl flooring installation techniques, including preparation, cutting, and laying. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Physical demands: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment, with frequent bending, kneeling, and standing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional exposure to dust, dirt, and other environmental hazards.
