The Verba Invicta GmbH develops high-quality digital content, online courses and communication formats in the areas of negotiation, leadership, M&A and professional further education.

We are looking for someone who not only films and edits reliably, but also has a passion to implement contents visually strong, clean and target-group-oriented. Prospectively, the role can also include tasks in the area Social Media, Content-Marketing and digital brand building.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

You will support us in the production and post-processing of video content – especially for online courses, social media formats, website contents and digital campaigns.

This includes:

• Recording of video content, interviews, course formats and short social media clips
• Setting up camera, light and sound
• Video editing, audio processing, color correction and simple graphic insertions
• Creating short video formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
• Preferring longer contents into short, concise clips
• Participation in the visual further development of our formats
• Potentially: Support in social media planning, content publication, performance evaluation and marketing measures

Qualifikation

Your Profile

You don't have to be perfect. What's important is that you have a good eye, technical understanding and the ambition to deliver professional results.

You bring ideally:

• Experience in filming and editing videos
• Familiarity with common editing programs, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar tools
• Understanding of image composition, light, sound and timing
• Sense for clear, high-quality and serious video communication
• Reliability, self-initiative and clean working style
• Interest in business, education and expert content
• Openness to being integrated into social media and digital marketing

Of advantage, but not necessarily required:

• Experience with short video formats for social media
• Knowledge of motion graphics, subtitles or simple animations
• Experience with YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram or content management systems
• Basic understanding of online marketing, funnel, landing pages or paid ads
