Job description
In the context of our continued growth, we are looking for a Methods and Processes Engineer to join our teams and work on client projects. As a Methods and Processes Engineer, you play a key role in industrializing, optimizing, and ensuring the reliability of manufacturing processes. You contribute to structuring methods, improving productivity, and accompanying operators on site.
As a Methods and Processes Engineer, your main missions will be :
- Define, analyze, and formalize manufacturing and assembly processes according to quality and industrial standards.
- Write technical documentation: work instructions, gauges, control plans, process sheets.
- Industrialize new products and integrate new means (machines, tools, tooling).
- Train and accompany operators on good practices and methods.
- FOLLOW the production performance (cycle time, repeatability, rejection rate...) and implement improvement plans.
- Participate in audits, technical analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, QRQC, 5M, Ishikawa, 8D...).
- Work closely with methods, production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Possible areas of intervention :
- Machining & advanced technologies (5-axis machining, welding, automation, robotics).
- Mechanical assembly (riveted structures, bonding, complex assemblies).
- Electronics / Electromechanics (PCB assembly, testing, integration).
- Quality support in production (analyses, KPIs, problem-solving).
