Do you have a good eye for strong visuals, can you quickly translate ideas into high-quality content, and do you also enjoy working with clear briefings and established processes?

As a Videographer at ESH, you will produce photo and video content for our social media channels, advertisements, YouTube, and our website.

You will accompany productions from preparation through to shooting and final implementation, ensuring that ideas are reliably translated into publishable content.

You will receive clear goals, briefings, and brand standards – and at the same time, you will have the freedom to contribute your professional and creative experience to the execution.

Your Tasks

• You will plan and realize video and photo productions for our social media channels.

• You will produce content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, advertisements, and our website.

• You will visually implement predefined content ideas, scripts, and briefings.

• You will jointly develop ideas for new formats and creatives with our marketing team.

• You will conduct shoots independently and manage camera, lighting, and sound.

• You will review and structure recorded material.

• You will edit videos to be platform-appropriate and prepare them for publication.

• You will handle color correction, sound editing, and quality control.

• You will create overlays, subtitles, call-to-actions, and simple animations.

• You will organize and archive photo and video material in a traceable manner.

• You will ensure that our content meets our brand and quality standards.

• Occasionally, you will accompany us to events, trade fairs, or external shoots.

What Your Workday Looks Like

Your work will alternate between preparation, production, and post-production.

On some days, you will produce several short social media videos; on others, you will prepare for a larger shoot or work intently on editing and post-production.

You will not be working without direction.

There are clear goals, target audiences, briefings, and recurring formats for our content. This will allow you to know what a video is intended to achieve and what requirements apply to its production.

Within this framework, you will bring in your experience and creativity, deciding on aspects such as composition, lighting, camera work, or editing.

It is important to us that projects are completed reliably and that content not only looks creative but also serves its purpose.

What You Should Bring

• Experience in video production, photography, or content production

• Very good technical understanding of camera, lighting, and sound

• Experience in video editing and post-production

• Good feel for visual language, storytelling, and social media content

• Understanding of how content needs to be prepared differently for each platform

• Independent and structured way of working

• High reliability and discipline

• Quick comprehension

• Ability to reliably implement clear briefings and existing processes

• Openness to feedback and quick implementation of changes

• Very good German language skills

A vocational training or a degree in media design, film, photography, or a comparable field is an advantage, but not a requirement.

As a self-taught individual or with experience from freelance work or an agency environment, you can also be a very good fit for us.

The quality of your previous work is more important than your degree.

Afterward, you will gradually take over your own productions and formats.

Our internal processes, briefings, and designated contact persons will help you quickly understand what we want to achieve with our content.

Our goal is for you to increasingly plan and execute productions independently and be responsible for them until publication.

Attractive Compensation
