We are GORNATION - a sports brand from Münster, founded in 2015 with the mission to strengthen Calisthenics worldwide. Our products are used in over 100 countries - from training equipment to streetwear. We work closely with athletes, think functionally and set high standards. Content is one of our most important growth drivers - from social media over YouTube to homepage and campaign videos. Exactly here you come into play.

We are looking for a Videographer & Content Editor who will vielseitig support our video production and content from concept to final cut. You film, edit, structure projects, and prepare videos for various platforms - from social media clips over YouTube content to product and brand videos.

Your goal: produce reliable, high-quality, and efficient video content, so that ideas become finished content faster.

Work model: Full-time on-site in Münster, because creative exchange, content production, shoots, and quick coordination with the team live simply work better.

Tasks

• Videodreh & Content-Produktion: You film independent content for social media, YouTube, homepage, ads, and campaigns - with a sense of image composition, camera handling, perspectives, and aesthetics.
• Video Editing for various formats: You edit videos for different platforms and purposes - from short social media clips to longer YouTube videos.
• Content vielseitig aufbereiten: You adapt existing material for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook Ads, homepage, and other channels.
• Projekte strukturieren & organisieren: You manage multiple video projects parallel, prioritize tasks, and ensure that deadlines are reliably met.
• Feedback schnell umsetzen: You work closely with Content, Social Media, and Marketing together and implement changes structured, clean, and efficient.
• Qualität sichern: You make sure that videos are visually, content-wise, and technically suitable for GORNATION and represent our brand high-quality.
• Eigene Ideen einbringen: You think actively with shoots, cuts, formats, and video angles and bring in suggestions on how to implement content stronger, clearer, or more efficient.
• Drehs vorbereiten & begleiten: You support at shootings, athlete content, product videos, events, and internal content production.

Qualification

• Erfahrung im Video Editing: You have already edited videos and can set different formats clean, dynamic, and platform-specific.
• Erfahrung im Filmen: You can film independent content and have a good eye for image composition, perspectives, light, and movement.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Schnittprogrammen: You work safely with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar programs.
• Gespür für Storytelling & Timing: You understand how a video should be built to keep it exciting - regardless of whether it's a short clip, product video, or longer format.
• Struktur & Organisation: You can manage multiple projects parallel, keep deadlines in mind, and work reliably even with quick feedback.
• Eigenverantwortung & Ownership: You don't just wait for precise instructions, but think with it, bring in your own ideas, and drive projects actively forward.
• Teamfähigkeit & klare Kommunikation: You align closely with Content, Social Media, and Marketing together and communicate clearly when you need input, material, or decisions.
• Deutsch & Englisch: You have very good German skills and can ideally also communicate securely in English.
