Videographer / Content Creator

For the establishment of a Social-Media-Firm from 1.5.26 I am looking for exactly YOU :-) Someone who does not just produce videos, but sees pictures, recognizes stories and thinks visually and around the corner. I am not looking for someone, but really someone who fits me and can build a Social Media Firm with me. I am not looking for a freelancer or agency, but a permanent employee in part-time (25-30 hours/week). The content we produce should be aware of classical Social-Media-Content. Instead of quick, loud videos, it's about cinematic, quiet, and reflective content that tells stories and moves people. What I am looking for:

• I am not looking for someone who only technically edits videos

• have a good eye for image composition and the sensitivity to put yourself into other people
• are critical and open to feedback
• quickly understand what we want to implement
• work efficiently and take responsibility
