Job Description – Videographer / Cinematographer Department: Branding & Corporate Communications Location: Chandigarh University, Lucknow Campus Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Videographer/Cinematographer will be responsible for capturing, producing, and delivering high-quality visual content that showcases Chandigarh University's academic excellence, campus life, events, achievements, and brand identity. The role requires expertise in video production, storytelling, camera operation, and post-production skills to create engaging and informative videos. Key responsibilities include: • Developing concepts and storyboards for various types of videos (promotional, educational, event-based) • Capturing high-quality footage using a variety of cameras and equipment • Conducting interviews with students, faculty, and staff • Editing and producing final video products using Adobe Premiere Pro or other editing software • Collaborating with the Branding & Corporate Communications team to ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging • Maintaining accurate records of all projects, including footage, scripts, and final products • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve video production skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their videography and editing skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
