Videograph (m/w/d) - Full-time

We are looking for a Videograph (m/w/d), who is eager to support our marketing agency in the field of video recording, but especially in editing.

We are seeking someone with experience in the area of Ads and commercials and additional marketing understanding.

We are a boutique scaling agency. We develop selected coaching, consulting companies and personal brands from seven-figure annual revenues to eight-figure annual revenues.

Marketing is our tool to empower our clients' customers. Therefore, we only work with market leaders who have a big vision and want to change the world sustainably.

Tasks

• You edit Ads, Reels, and commercials for various platforms
• You edit and process our Podcast (Longform & Snippets)
• You receive input from Media Buyer & Creative Strategist and think further yourself
• You bring in your own ideas, hooks, and visual approaches
• You develop multiple Creative-Variants from raw material
• You create Visuals & Picture Ads (Photoshop, Canva, AI-Tools)
• You use KI & new tools, to make creatives faster and better
• You take responsibility for our Podcast- & recording studio and take responsibility over video & audio during podcast recording
• You travel occasionally to record podcasts & ads

Qualification

What you must bring:

• You have already edited Ads / commercials
• You intuitively understand what triggers people. Exciting hooks, fast cuts, and emotional loading of videos
• You have an understanding for mood and music and know how cuts and music affect people
• If you receive feedback, you don't just implement it, but think further and create your own improvements with it
• You are tech-savvy and eager to try out new tools & AI to generate videos and ads with AI
• You are a very visual type. It strikes you directly if the cut or lighting in a video is poorly chosen
• You have a desire for a job that allows you to unleash your creativity, but also see direct results
• Communication and interest in teamwork: You work closely with our Media Buyer & Copywriter to constantly create new and good creatives for advertising
• Speed: We are an agency with multiple projects running parallel. Therefore, you should be used to working quickly and have a quick understanding
• And the decisive thing: You have a high-performance mindset – you don't settle for average results, but want to achieve outstanding results. Just as you also demand outstanding results from your colleagues
