Dear Videographers (m,w,d), we are looking for someone who takes over the full production process for us – from filming to editing, graphics, color correction, and sound design, all the way to the final publication on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Co. - primarily for the channels of Buddenbrock, but also for the channel of our partner company transparent-beraten on YouTube.

Qualification

- Proven experience in filming, editing, and post-production – ideally in the YouTube or social media environment

- Secure handling of common editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut) as well as tools for graphics and motion graphics (e.g. After Effects)

- Experience with camera setups, lighting, and sound – you know what a professional filming looks like

- Sense for good storytelling, pacing, and viewer-friendly editing

- Basic understanding of YouTube (algorithm, retention, CTR) is a big plus

- You can implement guidelines precisely and bring in your own creative ideas

- Experience with short formats (Shorts, Reels) and advertising video production is an advantage

- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Permanent workplace in Essen is feasible for you

We are not looking for a pure implementation of orders – we are looking for someone who develops our channels together with us. Someone who implements clearly defined guidelines, but also brings in their own ideas and has fun creating.

What we offer you:

• at least 4-day week with 30-32 hours, preferably 40 hours
• Two growing YouTube channels, where your work will be directly visible
• A small, well-established team with short distances and genuine creative freedom
