Videograph for Ads / Commercial Advertisements (m/w/d)

We are looking for a videographer for Ads / Commercial Advertisements (m/w/d), who is eager to support our marketing agency in the area of video recording, but especially in editing.

We are seeking someone with experience in the field of Ads and commercial advertisements and additional understanding of marketing.

We are a boutique scaling agency. We develop selected coaching, consulting firms, and personal brands from seven-figure annual revenues to eight-figure annual revenues.

Marketing is our tool to empower our customers' customers. Therefore, we only work with market leaders who have a big vision and want to change the world sustainably.

Tasks

• The regular cutting of Ads and commercial advertisements
• Filming commercials for our partners, as well as our podcast
• Cutting the podcast
• Editing images and visuals for Ads
• Using AI to create AI-generated images and videos for Ads, etc.
• The occasional travel to record podcasts, commercials, etc.
• Responsibility over our internal podcast/recording studio

Qualification

What you must bring:

• You have already experience in the field of Ads and have already cut Ads for various platforms
• You know what it takes to make commercials. Exciting hooks, fast cuts, and emotional loading of videos
• You have an understanding of mood and music and can emotionally load videos so that they are clicked on
• You have a general understanding of marketing. Maybe you've already run Ads yourself, but you know what performance marketing is and how it can be combined with branding
• You're a very visual type. If an image or lighting in a video is poorly chosen, it immediately catches your eye
• You're technically inclined, like to play around with software and AI, and try out new things
• You don't just use ChatGPT, but have already worked with software like Google VEO 3, etc.
• You have a desire for a job that allows you to unleash your creativity, but also see direct results
• Communication and interest in teamwork: You are in close coordination with our media buyer and copywriter to constantly create new and good creatives for advertising
• Speed: We are an agency with multiple projects running parallel. Therefore, you should be used to fast work and have a quick understanding
