Videograph / Content Creator for Short-Form-Video

Behind the company stands Martin Limbeck – one of the most well-known and successful sales trainers in Germany. Together, we develop with entrepreneurs in various formats practical strategies for more sales success, clear positioning and entrepreneurial growth.

We are looking for a Videographer / Content Creator who is eager to make a real impact for entrepreneurs in the middle class together with us.

Aufgaben

• Creative design, creation, editing, and preparation of video content that brings our brand and offers to life and makes them experiential.
• Development and implementation of creative video formats that excite and convince our target audience.
• If you have already gained experience in copywriting, you will support the Marketing / Social Media department in creating well-thought-out and performing video scripts.
• Production of short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Social Ads) to increase reach and brand awareness.
• Filming events with subsequent creation of after-movies, testimonials, etc.
• Tight collaboration with the Marketing / Social Media department.
• Independent organization and post-processing of content projects – from raw material to final cut and subtitling.

Qualifikation

• Experience as a Videographer / Cutter / Editor.
• Demonstrable success in implementing creative video formats like Reels, Shorts or campaign content.
• Safe handling of editing programs (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci etc.).
• Strong organizational skills; it doesn't throw you off the rails to plan and implement multiple film projects simultaneously.
• A keen sense for storytelling, timing, and visual language.
• Experience in editing specifically for Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), knowledge of platform-specific requirements.
• Affinity to Social Media trends, visual communication, and an eye for details.
• Flexibility and resilience to quickly react to new ideas and implement them in a dynamic, creative environment.
• You take full responsibility for your results.
• You learn gladly, reflect on feedback, and develop yourself consciously further.
