Videographer / Video Producer (m/f/d)

We are growth partners for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox and are currently looking for Creative Strategists (m/f/d).

As a Videographer / Video Producer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the implementation of creative concepts and productions and will actively shape the further development of the brand.

Remote possible. Flexible working hours and attractive remuneration await you.

Responsibilities

• Independent execution of video productions for top brands in DACH
• Directing talent and extras for authentic, native content
• Close collaboration with the founders
• Analysis of KPIs and continuous optimization of assets
• Top 1% Creative Training worth €100k+

Qualifications

• Proven experience on set – ideally in a creator, agency, or production environment
• Good feel for social media trends & best performers
• Strong communication skills and a genuine feel for people
• Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile

Benefits
