• You develop and realize video formats for our channels – from Social Media over career to image.
• You make trainings, consulting projects, events, and daily work visible – emotionally, close-up, real.
• You don't just capture moments, but tell stories – about everyday life at SERVIEW, our spirit, our heroes.
• You work closely with our marketing team to develop new video formats and give SERVIEW a face – your moving image will become the voice of our brand.
• You bring in new ideas, try them out, and further develop your role.

• You don't just click together stock videos and fill templates – you shape yourself, not according to a script!
• You don't produce videos without a concept – at SERVIEW, we don't just film, but plan, produce, and tell stories.
• You don't cut the same scene every day – you'll have room for creative formats and new ideas.

This is What We're Looking Forward to from You

• You love storytelling and know how to reach people through motion pictures.
• You master camera, editing, sound, and light – and think in scenes, not individual frames.
• You bring creative ideas and implement them independently.
• You work well in a team and have a good sense of tone and timing.
• You speak fluent German – for briefings, interviews, and texts.
• You're eager to be part of a passionate team – and are willing to take on events or customer meetings.
• You ideally have experience with programs like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
