Aufgaben

You have an eye for strong images, move confidently behind the camera, and bring ideas not just to paper but directly to the screen?

Then talenthafen might be exactly the right place for you.

We are looking for a videographer with a sense of aesthetics, technology, and storytelling – someone who doesn't just produce content, but understands it. With us, you will develop video and photo content for some of Germany's most exciting companies. You work together with our account managers at customer locations, set up shoots, edit, process, and further develop formats.

talenthafen is a mix of agency and consulting firm – strategically, creatively, and always focused on the result.

Your Daily Business

• Planning, shooting, and editing of video content – from short social media clips to image films
• Creation of photo content and subsequent image processing
• Independent implementation of video productions on location at our customers' premises – together with the account management
• Technical support and organization of shoots (camera, lighting, sound)
• Selection and editing of image and audio material (color grading, sound design etc.)
• Support in further developing our visual content and formats

Qualifikation

• Completed training or studies in the field of film, media design, communication, or a comparable qualification
• Confident handling of camera, lighting, and sound technology
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and ideally After Effects or DaVinci Resolve
• A good sense for image composition, storytelling, and timing
• Experience with shootings and post-production – ideally also in an agency or customer environment
• Independent, structured working style, team spirit, and willingness to travel (mainly day trips with the team)
• Perfect German language skills in writing and speaking – for secure communication with customers, briefings, and editing
• Driver's license class B
