We are a team of creatives, marketing experts, and strategists, jointly driving the digital development of companies and organizations. Our office is located directly on the Kiel Fjord, where the maritime flair is part of our daily life.

Your Tasks

You will produce social-first video content: from the creative idea and conception through to shooting and post-production. Short formats are your territory: Reels, TikTok, Stories - quickly shot and quickly online. You already have several years of professional experience and have worked in various roles in video production.

• You will accompany productions for clients from politics, business, sports, and the mid-sized sector

• Within our cross-functional production team, you will coordinate independently and take responsibility with your colleagues

• You will work closely with our editorial team and communication strategists and translate their concepts into visual language

What You Bring

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in image and sound

• Min. 2 years of professional experience in film or content production

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; initial After Effects experience is an advantage

• Demonstrable experience in video production and in handling camera and lighting equipment

• Proficient in editing software and a good sense for storytelling and visual language

• Structured way of working and organizational talent in the implementation of media projects

• Team player and enjoyment of creative collaboration in a communication agency

Remuneration

Your annual gross salary will be between EUR 36,000 and 50,000.

Your First Months at Hammelsprung

In the first few weeks, you will familiarize yourself with our existing video projects and implement your first own productions for web and social media. If you find yourself in the requirements and do not meet every point 100 percent, we still look forward to your application.
